I need to cancel - what do I do?
If you have booked online, then you need to follow the instructions in the confirmation email, due to their new terms and conditions we are not able to cancel on your behalf.  If reserved via an on line booking agent, we ask that at least 7 days notice is given. If a cancellation is received in less than 7 days or you dont show, then we reserve the right to charge the full amount of your stay.  If you need to cancel any deposit paid is non refunable but a credit note may be issued.
