- No.78 Bed & Breakfast is a Victorian end terrace property set back slightly from the main road.
- Parking is available along Marine Parade in pay & display zones. Paget Rd which is at the side of us is resident parking only but from 6pm until 8am you may park there, although you must move your vehicle by 8am when the wardens start their rounds. There is some disabled parking between the cinema and the road facing the sea . All parking is free from November to 31 March. There is usually somewhere to park nearby, please ask if you are unsure of parking facilities.
- Access into the property is via a set of concrete stairs, and then a step down into the porch area.
- With the exception of the lounge and part of the dining room, all public areas and bedrooms are carpetted.
- Guest bedrooms are located on the first and second floors and are accessed by wide, even stairs.
- We have an L2/L1 Fire system in place which means detector and sounders are in all areas, including bedrooms and public areas. This system and the emergency lighting is tested on a regular basis.
